The goal setting goal is a general statement that the organization or individual plans to complete. Without goals, organizations can not guide their actions this year. The goal is to provide some effort and evaluation to officers and members to determine what the organization has achieved over the year. The performance of employees and the whole organization is influenced by their respective goals. The most important reasons for achieving the goal are goal guidance and direct actions of individuals and groups and provide tasks and indicators to evaluate individuals and the entire community.

There are two processes in goal pursuit, goal setting and goal pursuit.
