Globalization is Nothing New

Abstract This task outlines the contextual differences between the terms "globalization" and "international business" by summarizing the scientific interpretation of the economics literature and its related socio-culturally and politically related methods is. Globalization is novelty. As Europeans discover the United States and settle in the area, globalization is the driving force. Indeed, all global expansion that brings about a more integrated world economy than before can be called globalization (Modafferi, 2007). Thus, when small group organized crime groups such as Chicago's policy king and Philadelphia's black mafia began shipping illegal drugs to the United States, these behaviors were achieved through the expansion of globalization at the time (Schmalleger , 2009). This shows that globalization, the expansion of free markets and more free capital flows, easily leads to increased criminal opportunities.

Globalization is novelty, but the world is economically interrelated. Given the need for police organizations to adapt to the new world economy, criminal organizations are not bound by legal restrictions and can adapt more quickly. Crime does not depend on the borders, but law enforcement agencies need to comply with the judicial restrictions. Therefore, criminal justice and globalization are two contradictory concepts. In a closed society criminal justice is easier to achieve, and in economies where access to money and capital is more free, law enforcement agencies must work harder to achieve the same result . Globalization has always stressed the criminal justice system to more challenges. This is not new.

The concept of globalization is not new to us.
