The problem discussed in this paper is whether in the economic and social system that is increasingly "globalizing", the nation state has the future as the dominant position of governance. It first considers the development of sovereign states and believes that international treaties among countries are important for building state power to society. It continues to consider the changing ability of the countries of the modern world. Then we challenged the extreme version of the "globalization" topic and believe that some people are still far from being able to dominate the economy process at the national level yet to be core and dominate by the international economy. Major countries have an important role to play in creating and maintaining this reign. However, their role is not as a macroeconomic manager as an autonomous state but as a source of the legitimacy of institutions and a new form of governance that represents their population. The central function of the nation-state is to allocate and provide responsible governance, shift to international institutions and trade groups like the European Union, as well as to regional and other sub-state economic coordination and regulatory bodies .

This is the third central function of the nation-state coins. As the world's first global digital currency, bit coins are entering a new era of world trade. The future that does not require a central bank and national state government is appropriate as they abused them for a long time as legal currency manager of our paper. Of course, Bitcoin is a small player of today. But that is coming soon. Japan recently passed a law that admitted that bit coin is a legitimate payment method and Russia is going to do so soon. The market value of Bitcoin (the total amount of Bitcoin in US dollars) was four times that of last year at 42 billion dollars, proving interest in the consumer and investor's encryption currency.

Government budgets need to plan and consider the future of citizens lacking global institutions to provide support, including global citizen resources. • In the current global governance scenario, there is no institutional framework that meets the needs of potential global citizenship. However, the Internet and mass media create global identity and promote global cooperation. More and more immigrants do not have citizenship. Domestic policies need to deal with the gap of governance and participate in multilateralism and international agreements. This includes recognition of human rights of migrant workers and social vulnerability in new countries.

However, their role is not as good as the autonomous national macroeconomic manager 's role, but rather as a justification for institutions and a new form of governance that represents their population.
