In this paper, we explore region-specific phenomena and logic of popular culture flow beyond region to explain the complexity included in cultural hybrid paper and the influence they have on the discussion of cultural globalization. This paper argues that the wave of Korea is a sign of new global and regional changes in cultural and economic areas. This is because Asian countries accept cultural production and consumption from neighboring countries with historically and culturally similar backgrounds, not from other politically and economically powerful countries. South Korean pop music is a part of Hallyu and is a worldwide phenomenon that started in Korea in the early 21st century and has influenced contemporary culture, music, movies and television industry.
