Globalisation – How are we connected

Technologies related to globalization blocked the epidemic, integrated behind important businesses, brought mobile services such as banks to areas where services were not available, and brought countless other benefits.

Globalization and the flow of global culture redefines the process we share and link with ourselves, others, and the world. From the beginning, globalization has both supporters and critics; it believes that it brings a rich blend of world cultures. Others believe that it is a trace of western European countries, values ​​of other countries, and ideology against the rich and diverse cultures of the world. - Human Resources Management (HRM) is a strategic and coherent approach to managing the organization's most valuable assets. Those working there contribute individually and collectively to achieve business goals. The terms "Human Resources Management" and "Human Resources" (HR) replace the majority of the term "Human Resources Management" as an explanation of the personnel management process within the organization.

For most Africans, globalization is like a night thief. We do not understand the influence of the more connected world and our place there. Suddenly, we become members of the world economy and the social and cultural influence that accompanies it. An important aspect of these influences includes the cultural change of conflict. This has an adverse effect on the behavior of many young Africans. Corruption is the most challenging threat in Africa. It continues to bear the institutional foundation of Africa. Unfortunately, the actions and abuses of the leader give the impression of encouraging corruption and further rewarding. Responsible people plunder the treasury and escape these acts. Merchants have deceived thousands of people on their wrists with a slap. I do not encourage corruption and the willingness to deal with that adverse effect
