Global Warming: A Look at Both Sides of the Issue

Throughout history, the climate has undergone a turbulent change. The transition from warm climate to the ice ages has changed (Cunningham & Cunningham, 2009, p. 204). There is evidence that there has been at least 12 sudden climate changes throughout the earth's history. There are several suspicious reasons for these past climate change. One reason may be that asteroids hit the Earth and volcanic eruptions caused some of them. A further hypothesis is that the 22-year solar magnetic cycle and the 11-year black spot cycle play a role in these changes.

Several different assumptions have been introduced regarding the issue of global warming or anthropogenic warming. One is the assumption of artificial global warming (AGW), which is the most worrisome theory. It supports the assertion that climate change is primarily due to human activity. It also insists that human activities ultimately end the world. Although AGW is being discussed, there are also many so-called "Kyoto Protocol" problems that scientists urged.

Global warming is a serious problem, not a single problem, but some environmental problems. Global warming is an increase in the surface temperature of the earth, which changes the life forms of various forms on the earth. Problems that cause global warming are classified into two categories, "nature" of global warming and "human influence". Finally, methane is another problem that causes global warming. Two of the concerns of many scientists are global warming and greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is a natural process to keep the earth at ease. What is the relationship between greenhouse effect and global warming? When humans release gas into the atmosphere, the temperature of the earth changes due to the greenhouse effect. As the amount of gas in the atmosphere increases, the earth starts to warm and global warming occurs. On the other hand, without the greenhouse effect, the earth is too cold and humans can not exist comfortably.
