Upon completion, each participant will receive personal reports emphasizing strength and areas that need improvement. This report includes the total score, the score of each section, and the following steps to make the health condition clearer. Focusing on the choice of behavior can identify the possibility of future health risks and instruct each participant to make a healthy choice to improve health.

After completing the overall health assessment, individuals can gain insight about every field of health that is emphasized in their report. Based on this report, we will provide a more focused assessment of sleep, stress, nutrition, physical activity, health of the back and joints and provide a deeper vision.

In this study, we tested cross-cultural global health assessment and reflection (IGHAR) framework developed by the authors. The framework is based on the dimensions of the sunrise model and uses concepts from social health determinants (SDH) to provide concreteness to these dimensions. We hope that this concrete and structured reflection process will promote the student 's health care in China, the literature review of the sunrise model, and the conceptual basis as a healthy social determinant of the sunrise model. This research is to provide a cultural and social perspective of a wide demographic level that affects care patterns and expressions of individuals, families, groups and institutions. When the Sunrise model was first released in 1988, understanding of SDH was not common in academic and healthcare communities.

Purpose: This paper describes the development and use of intercultural global health assessment and reflection (IGHAR) framework. The framework is based on a structured reflection process to guide Leininger's sunrise model dimension and student diaries. Methodology: The framework was tested on Chinese intercultural comparative course. This includes involuntary and empirical learning elements of Chinese medical practices and medical systems. This course includes nurses, social work, public students and a 3 week immersion program in Beijing. Health care research includes cancer, mental health and immigration health. Use the NVivo software to analyze student reflection journals. RESULT: Students can understand similarities and differences on each side well. In addition, the main global viewpoint to achieve results is clear.
