Restrictions imposed by moral judgment have great advantages in advancing knowledge of art and natural sciences. The principle that causes human beings is usually created to prevent harm as it violates the right and is thought to be evil by many people. The three major ethical guidelines of the world are the Caux Roundtable Discussion Principles, the Multinational Enterprise Economic Cooperation Development Organization Guide and the United Nations Global Compact (Peter & Sarah, 2009). The OECD guidelines are recommendations made by the government for multinational enterprises and incorporated into their own code of ethics.
