Global Community Initiatives

With the confidence and enthusiasm, the Global Community Initiative (GCI) helps the community realize their vision of a healthy environment, a vibrant economy, good governance and a sense of a connection with neighbors and the world.

We will support local communities in democratic practices, social and economic justice, respect and consideration of communities inhabited, and projects to promote environmental conservation. We promise to work hard in order to create a cheerful environment for people and to make positive changes.

The Board of Directors of GCI represents all the major regions of the world and its board of directors comes from Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and the United States. We promise not only religious and ethnic diversity but also maintaining balance between men and women at Board of Directors.

The GCI staff also reflects the cultural and ethnic composition of our workplace. We are equal opportunities / active employers, we promise to pay appropriate wages to employees and provide benefits for health and vacation.

GCI's affiliate is a colleague all over the world working with us on the project and the other work is closely related to our work. We welcome partnerships with people and organizations that share our goals and values.

Our current project includes a new prisoner rehabilitation program focusing on the Upendo Mmoja project in Tanzania and a prison woman in Vermont. We are still working hard to overcome inequality and to develop a new economic model to build a true community.

Since we did not implement ICO, 300 million FRES originally planned for ICO will be dealt to our global community. The Global Shaper Community is the initiative of the World Economic Forum and is a community of special people in their 20s to 30s (less than 30 years old when recommended). Shaper's possibilities, achievements, and efforts to contribute to the community are extraordinary. The global shaper community varies depending on demographics, geographical areas and sectors, but the desire to unite is to shape the future and to build a more peaceful and comprehensive world. Shaper is working on nonprofit work, medical work, creative work etc. Members of the Shapers community have a desire to improve the entrepreneurial spirit, the possibilities of leadership, and the state of the world. The community is a non-political, self-selective and self-organizing one surrounding the global problem.
