Global Change

Introduction to the change of the earth: The change of the earth is a new multidisciplinary science designed to understand how human activities change the environment. The mechanism of change is called artificial compulsion, which usually involves atmospheric changes and changes in land use. The atmosphere changes by adding various chemical substances such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur compounds, halogen compounds, various aerosols, etc. Changes in land use include subdivision of habitat, conversion of agricultural use, and conversion of bio-community of introduced alien species.

The world is experiencing a wide range of global changes such as population density, climate, resource utilization, land use, biodiversity, urbanization, changes in the process of globalization. Climate change is one of the drivers of global change, scientists, policy makers, and world leaders have been paying attention to this change for years (Vitousek, 1994). Currently, climate change is thought to be a new global threat not only affecting the physical environment but also social structure, economic factors, and the overall development process (Birkmann, 2010). This new threat has brought a new social group called "climate refugees" to affected developing countries in particular. The United Nations currently states that the number of refugees is increasing due to environmental disasters rather than war and that more than 25 million climate refugees and 50 million people are evacuating in the coming decades (Meyers, 2002).

The major cities in developing countries are changing rapidly. Factors that cause disasters and losses are changing day by day, driven by the process of global change, and subsequent changes in the scale of the environment, society, culture, politics, and economy. These changes also alter the ability of society to respond to dangerous incidents. In this paper, we will explore the reactions of slum dwellers who are the most vulnerable and marginal part of the urban population with the highest risk, regardless of whether the impact of the flood is mitigated or not. The alienated population of big cities is affected by the massive global change process and has not benefited from the mitigation strategies adopted by municipal authorities. Therefore, this document asserts that people living in informal settlements must use a combination of structural means and complex aid networks to recover from the flood.
