Giotto di Bondone is considered one of the first artists of the Italian Renaissance, a talented painter and architect. Today his work is popular not only for his architectural style and theme, but also for his contemporaries, Italian poets Boccaccio and Sacchetti, and the famous "Divine Comedy" mentioned Dante Alighieri artist's name Michelango is also said to have studied his mural at the Peruzzi chapel.
Giotto is highly valued with breakthrough progress in traditional Byzantine style and skills he draws from life. Instead of a typical Byzantine style slimy face and stylized outfit, he uses a stereoscopic shape based on real observations and clothes that are really heavily weighted. All of his traditional holidays got a reputation for creating him a new representative painting standard. He actively invites the audience to the scene by creating authentic faces and genuine emotions.
Although he is a famous Italian Renaissance painter, his life is mysterious. His date of birth, birthplace, appearance, the order in which his work was made, and his burial place all shadowed the controversy. The fact that much of his work may not be his one actually made art historians guess many Italian murals while he was alive. His two pieces, indeed his work are frescoes of the Campanile Belfry of the Duomo in Florence and the chapel of Padua Arena. The latter mural is a combination of the style of Giotto and the interpretation of the Bible story, so it is considered one of the highest masterpieces of the early Renaissance.
You may have read the famous story about Giorgio Vasari 's early Renaissance painter Giotto. In this story, Giotto was asked to prove the proficiency of his paintings. He does this by drawing a perfect circle using his brush without using any technical tools. Unfortunately, I have not presented myself, but I think that Giotto's circle is not perfect and it's wonderful. To explain these two differences, I will tell you how good or bad - I am drawing: you can see my picture is far from perfect. The red area shows how much the difference is between my circle and the complete circle drawn by software. It explains the tension between goal and achievement. Mastering is an effort to erase this field. And Giotto (red area) may be much smaller than mine.
