In some states, we recognize that talented education is a kind of special education that incorporates talented services into its special educational services. Competent supporters and supporters of special education are allies trying to change the common system to accommodate children with different learning styles. Public education must be devoted to all students. If it does not properly educate a group of students, its mission fails and needs to be considered responsible. Educators need to be trained to meet their needs, and the community has to develop policies, procedures and budgets to meet talent and special education student needs. We hope that this research will help other people understand the amount of work you have to do to meet the needs of talented learners.
