Talented education programs are common, but there is no standard way to implement standard definition of talent or talented education. The rationale for a talented educational program is an approach that consists of two approaches. Firstly, genius and talented young people are not fully challenged with standard courses. Secondly, talented and talented young people are born with danger. This second argument seems counterintuitive, but it gains universal reliability. In 1972, Marang Report of US Board of Education S. P. Marland officially stated this claim. According to the report, talented young people experience loss of academic ability and the likelihood of developing social and emotional problems is above the average. Talented students may experience social rejection and the difficulty of making friends. There is also fear of failure and perfectionism

In some states, we recognize that talented education is a kind of special education that incorporates talented services into its special educational services. Competent supporters and supporters of special education are allies trying to change the common system to accommodate children with different learning styles. Public education must be devoted to all students. If it does not properly educate a group of students, its mission fails and needs to be considered responsible. Educators need to be trained to meet their needs, and the community has to develop policies, procedures and budgets to meet talent and special education student needs. We hope that this research will help other people understand the amount of work you have to do to meet the needs of talented learners.
