Fifty years have passed since Cuba was excluded from the Americas system. Returning to the American National Organization, 3,478 deaths and 2,099 people with disabilities died due to a blockade of American accomplices, isolation attempts and terrorist acts against the island. Cuba is firmly committed to choosing its own path For this purpose, it has pioneered spiritual support from its old and recent history. The present situation is totally different. Cuba broke the isolation imposed by the American National Organization and its leaders, and the tools of this major country and its governance are independent. Cuba has established diplomatic relations with 186 countries including Latin America and all the countries of the Caribbean, and is a member of 83 international organizations and mechanisms. More than 500 foreign high-level delegations visit this country every year.

Imperialism is the position that a political group dominates other political groups. In the past, imperialism was achieved through the use of power, but the new imperialism relied mainly on political, economic and cultural methods to fulfill its dominant role. Colonialism is the access and resolution of the political community to densely populated areas or uninhabited areas. Colonialism can be thought of as a tool that can be used to pursue imperialism. New colonialism is the continuation of the dominant position of the former colony which had dominated the economic dependence of the former colony.
