Sleep well Do you know that sleep is one of the most important necessities in life? Experimental animals die when they lack sleep and human beings die (Johnson 5). Many people do not understand how important sleep is. A man who tried to finish 15 hours in just seven hours was just hurting himself. Those who tried to get to work late into the night could not sleep for a while because he thought he was working hard. This is not a mistake, because he felt less and less every morning and I feel tired everyday.
There are individual differences in the pattern of sleep, but how can you tell if you have enough sleep? If you need an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning, your sleep is not enough. Ideally, you should naturally get up from REM sleep. If you take a long time to wake up, if you are really sleepy and can not concentrate, this is another very important sign that you are not getting enough sleep. Alternatively, if you need a stimulant such as caffeine, please leave the day awake. Your feelings will change if your friends and family have enough sympathy for you or to inform you that you are lively. These are all important signs. Also, if you are overslepting during the weekend, you may have free days or vacations. All of this means that you are not getting enough sleep.
Take enough sleep: Recognize that stress is in your mind, you need to handle your mind correctly. For me, this means adequate sleep. I would like to explain this, but I am asleep at the worst state on time. Over the years I have set bedtime at 11 o'clock in the evening and even if I promise tomorrow is different I'll blow it down every evening. About half a year ago I made a star map on the wall of a kindergarten style wardrobe and tracked over and over whether I put my head on a pillow every night by 11 o'clock. This made me feel better at bedtime (I must admit that I slipped last month in a transparent spirit). Even if a small obstacle appears in front of me, I will handle my day
