Get a Job

Star. Mother told me to find a job before the winter break started. I have never found a job before. In the past, I hoped to get a little extra cash, I looked around easily without enthusiasm; but nothing happened. One night, one week before winter break, my mother sat on the table with me. I am seeing a magazine because she is having a cigarette. "When your father and I leave, I hope that you will find a job, Mike," she said. "Well, of course," I said, please do not take her seriously.

In our culture, we are seeking access to the job market for "searching for employment". This is a shame change. "Searching for work" means that work is a resource of the world, you are trying to get one of these resources. But this is completely opposite. What you are actually doing is to sell your labor force and the company is bidding on it. Like other markets, the labor market functions only when the competition is intense. This is the only way to guarantee fair and reasonable pricing. Please imagine that you are a farmer selling watermelons. Are you simply selling your watermelon to the first buyer that you agree to buy them? Or are you going to investigate the buyer's market, decide on the best price (and business partner) available, and decide which buyer to sell with sufficient information?

Amazing thing is how people find work. They created a resume, filled out the application, then continued the interview, and people suddenly hired them. They got the job. Or they get many work opportunities and they can pick their favorite. And even more surprisingly, these are real work in terms of annual salary and benefits. I was surprised at how people spent without money this month. They can buy what they want. They can buy what they need. They can pay bills. Every time they enter the checkout channel of the store there is no upcoming panic, because if I am wrong I do not have enough money to pay for the contents of the shopping basket in my account. They can shop, can spend money and can not worry

There are few things that can save the spirit of boring job hunting. But they exist: get job opportunities (final)? It is amazing. Get a job at a promising young start-up company? Very good Do you get a job at a promising young startup led by your best friend? Well, is it better? I am already doing it - and I can tell you that it is best in many ways. But I also want to remind you that working for your friends is fun and not a game. Even if your friendship exists from the middle of your curly hair, dynamics will change as you integrate it into your relationship with your boss and employees.
