Theoretical Overview Fritz Perls, MD, Ph.D., the founder and developer of Gestalt Treatment, was born in 1893 as a Jewish family and died in 1970. After experiencing dealing with a soldier in World War I, Perls was urged to complete Gestalt treatment. It depends on the influence of bulging. With the help of his wife, Dr. Laura Posner Pelus, he created the foundation for solid format tower therapy.
