Gestalt therapy is a therapy used to deepen our own understanding. According to O'Connor and Braverman, (2009) "Gestalt" means completeness. "Gestalt therapy is process-oriented empirical therapy that focuses on the comprehensive function of every aspect of human being, sensuous, physical, emotional and intellectual. It helps to alleviate depressed feelings Once recognized, it is part of the treatment effort to resolve discomforting emotions, modify habitual negative behavior patterns, and identify and change negative thought processes .

Gestalt therapy is another humanitarian approach. Gestalt therapy developed by Frederick Perls focuses on customer's current experience. The general technique of gestalt therapy is role-playing, and the therapist shows various roles to the client and instructs "owning" or accepting emotions previously felt unpleasant. Presence therapy encourages customers to take responsibility for their lives and problems. This is accomplished by allowing customers to understand freedom and select different courses to have greater meaning. Existential treatment is rooted in SørenKierkegaard and Friedrich Nietzsche's existential philosophy (existentialism).

Gestalt treatment developed by Fritz and Laura Perers has drawn many theories from Gestalt psychology, but this treatment does not fully reflect Gestalt psychology. Gestalt psychology emphasizes that the brain is a self-organizing unit larger than the sum of its parts, but Gestalt therapy emphasizes the present moment and personal responsibility. Gestalt therapy also incorporates all aspects of Freud's psychology and reggae psychology. Gestalt therapy is thought to be humanitarian, existential psychotherapy, and emphasizes that moment. In this practice we will use cognitive insight into the present experience, emphasize mindfulness and encourage our clients to explore creativity and achieve satisfaction in the areas of life that can be hindered. The basis of this treatment is your consciousness about your own behavior, emotion, emotion, perception and emotion.
