Germany’s Inclusion as a Permanent Member of the UN Security Council: Breaking Free from its Historic Subservience

Germany was established as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council to eliminate its historical humility, once a threat to the dictatorship in the way to world governance, is now the major country of the EU, Contribution to the United Nations is the third largest contribution. Since reunification in 1990, Germany has gone a long way. Germany is currently fully engaged in foreign policy based on peace, stability and development and Germany is fully committed to protecting the future of world society.

Dr. Tamsin's thesis is a historical sociological analysis of the method that five permanent members of the Security Council used to "keep peace" in Article 39 of the UN Charter. About this work she is a recipient of the Australian Government Endeavor scholarship and visiting researcher at Columbia University Law School from 2015 to 16 grade. Prior to acquiring his Ph.D., Tamsin received a Bachelor of Law from the Sydney Institute of Technology and a Master of Law from the Australian National University. Her MPhil work is through two case studies, the European colonial expansion and the influence and influence of Somalia on the law in 2007 anti-piracy strategy. Some of these studies are published or will be announced soon, and some articles are still under review.
