We announced block chain based pilot property registration program in Georgia. This innovative project is a partnership with the national public registry of the Republic of Georgia. A well-known economist Hernando de Soto, BitFury Group Board Advisor advertises the importance of property rights and advises on project development. We are imagining that this initiative will expand worldwide and ensure ownership of billions of people around the world.

This project uses archives of five states (Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia). I rely on detailed documents (newspapers, personal documents, etc.), but most of my sources include judicial records and legislative records (litigation, petitions, contracts, wills etc.). The study is divided into two parts, each with three chapters. The first part covers the British colonial era of North America. In Chapter 1 we will explore the social situation of the 17th century Chesapeake Bay where the largest continuous ethnic mix among Africans and Europeans occurs.
