Genius of the 1300's

The genius of the 1300s was on the verge of change in the 1300s. People pay higher price for education, but literature has already passed on to people, art is starting to reflect life. Aquinas, Dante, Giotto are geniuses of intellectuals, literature and art of the 1300s. These people are ahead of their time by bringing a humanitarian side to their work. They are interested in humans as beings of this world and the afterlife. These people really showed a transition from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance.
