More than 80% of the food we eat is somewhat different in the word GMO. Gene recombination practices are often practiced in the food industry, but genetically modified aspects are also seen in animals. Foods over the years have changed due to genetic modification techniques in which genes from other organisms are transplanted into a given organism. Using genetic modifications in our food is causing controversy on this matter, due to what is becoming increasingly common.
