Inspired by our research on education and employment, McKinsey created a generation. The first project of generation began in 2015 - in cooperation with nonprofit organizations, governments and employers around the world. Today, generation is the world's largest program, covering more than 170 places in more than 65 cities, providing youth with training and employment opportunities.
In order to bridge the gap between youth unemployment and junior job seekers, Generation offers quick training for interviews with highly demanding experts, social support services, 20 departments employers. Organizations will conduct extensive data tracking to measure results and to show return on investment to youth, employers, philanthropists, government agencies.
