Generation Y: The Surpassed Struggles for Achievement

Life itself is a struggle, but in order to do a good job you have to do well at school. The older generation thought that the Y generation was a lazy "child", and they wanted to break out of the problem. Just because things seem easy, it really does not mean them. Computers and calculators can make tasks easier, but because of this, they give even more difficult tasks. This new "lazy" generation has to overcome all difficulties solely to achieve high salary work through high school and college crazy competition. The definition of success we know is now harder to achieve than the baby boomers; however, this "lazy" generation, known as the millenium generation, realizes it while overcoming these previous difficulties It continues.

A thousand year generation, also known as the Y generation, is a demographic group from 1980 to 2000. In the statistics of 2015 this year, the X generation surpasses the X generation, and in the field of IT and technology, in particular, almost all employees are under 40 years old. Even though Millennial is compared to Generation X, even more connections and collaboration, they are more competitive in sports and work environments. From a management point of view, these seemingly paradoxes make it difficult for the teams comprising the Millennial generation or the Millennial generation to dominate. Therefore, it is essential to understand how the Millennial generation thinks and understanding what you and other people are expecting is a success for your business with today's technology ecosystem.

Every generation has a big fight. World War I has been a struggle for generations throughout the world. They worked hard and left the bombed and hurt country. In North America, there is no big war for X and Y people of our generation. Our great struggle is happening in our mind. Technology is a wonderful thing. I can hardly do it now. Decades ago, senior businessmen at Wall Street and the CEO of a major company booked a wireless phone. Now, I know that 5 years old has my own cell phone and tablet. There are more connected devices on this earth than someone is using them. The Internet is a monument to information, digital interaction, advertisement, photography, people's lives and can be used for 24 hours. It will be difficult to integrate into our collective psychology
