Generation X and Generation Y

The X generation was a group of people born between 1964 and 1980. This very interesting generation is a generation that is often forgotten. Inference exists for how small this group is. During the growth period of this group, parents of the baby-boomer generation work extensively in the workplace. Layoffs are on the rise, and the job market is very competitive. It led to one of this generation's nickname, "Latchkey Kids" (Zemke 2013). This term was developed to define what happened to families of this generation.

Briefly, the answer lies in the difference between the ways in which X and Y are promoted, the extreme differences in opportunities and desires, and the main reason for (ish) colonialism. Today, there are four generations in my workplace. Baby boomer generation, generation X, Millennial generation (or generation Y), generation Z. The challenge of communication is that each of the four different generations grows with different times, political influences, education, technology, social and economic influences. All these "cultivation" provide various ways of seeing the world around us, as various beliefs, expectations, and most importantly. Employee's generation creates cultural differences. Diverse workplaces include employees who are considered traditionalists, baby boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, and Millennial Generations. Each generation has different characteristics. For example, employees believe that baby boomers tend to associate their personal identity with their profession or the work they do. It is also a feature of the baby boomers generation, but I am not afraid to change employers at career development and promotion opportunities. On the other hand, employees who are considered to belong to the Y generation also emphasize professional development, but they are familiar with diversity and emphasize the flexibility of working conditions.
