General Literacy in a Digital World

The general ability to read and write in the digital world is a concept that includes various skills. Factors contributing to this literacy rate are widely discussed in the literature. Digital culture is a perfect representation of basic skills to manage information and communication in the rapidly changing and increasingly digitized world of the 21st century.
