I decided to consider the GE project. Because they are energy suppliers and multinational companies. Energy suppliers are known as companies with capital shortage and place importance on earnings over people and the earth. It is easy for a person to think about the size of GE, and the fund is the only company he is concerned about. What I have learned is that the issue of GE's public image is not just the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The company has worked on making the people on the planet more environmentally friendly by developing technologies that are more efficient, less emissions and less necessary resources.
Corporate Social Responsibility - Corporate Social Responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) is often abbreviated as "Corporate Social Responsibility", an initiative for companies to evaluate and undertake their own environmental and social well-being is. This term generally applies beyond what is required by regulatory agencies or environmental groups. Economic responsibility - this should be the first thing the company should consider, but if the company does not make too much profit then the organization is difficult to survive and participate in social issues. Employees will lose their jobs when the company loses money. Therefore, before becoming a good corporate citizen, the company needs to confirm that it is beneficial.
Because corporate social responsibility is a term that is not clearly defined, any company can set its own definition. I believe that corporate social responsibility is usually a useful member of the community, many of which are related to citizenship. I do not agree with the view that Milton Friedman's corporate responsibility for corporate social responsibility (1970) is only for shareholders. They are responsible for all stakeholders, even "environmentally friendly" people. Companies may become more socially responsible for recognition of broader stakeholder responsibilities
The company is always looking for ways to enhance the advantage of a company through social responsibility. Supporters of corporate social responsibility believe that companies are obliged to participate in efforts to improve social, social and environmental problems, but many stakeholders are concerned with the organization's image, brand, I believe that only efforts will be made to raise ethics or stock prices. With this in mind, companies classify social issues into specific categories.
Many companies are looking for ways to increase social responsibility, but in some areas corporate social responsibility efforts are not proceeding. The policy document "Corporate Social Responsibility in Latin America and the Caribbean" is a documentation of "stagnation" of corporate social responsibility activities in this region. The reason for the situation stagnating in this area is the lack of 'very low government participation' and 'private sector involvement'. It was also decided that initiatives to implement socially responsible programs were often initiated outside the market and no longer accepted by stakeholders living in geographical areas.
