Gendered Work Conditions in India: Experiences and Lessons

This is an old fact that women are always a conquered part of Indian society. As we all know, women have long been deprived of their true status in society. My research explores gender and class of Indian cities through research on women's work. More specifically, as a sociologist, I am interested in the employment of middle-class women and the impact of these work on changes in sex and rank relationship.
