Gender Roles in the Abrahamic Faiths in the United States

Since pilgrims landed in 1620, the role of gender has changed as dramatically as other aspects of society. It was Christian who first practiced Abraham's religion in America, but Jews and Muslims continued soon and had to position themselves within the framework of a dominant Christian society.
