As we all know, women have historically undergone repression and sex discrimination. Prior to studying the unfair treatment of women in American history, sexism was not completely dismantled, but one of many people who believed it had been shrunk since the early 1900s. Comparable to the blacks under slavery before the civil war "(Kang, 8, Bradley quoted at Bradwell, 62.) The discovery and realization of my personal experience is that women still have many unfair expectations I recognized that I was suffering from.

Gender inequality refers to prejudice based on gender, unfair treatment, or individual perception. Gender inequality is one of the main problems facing human society. Our society gives men and women different roles. In India, women are abused in various societies, but this is a difficult reality. In our society, women are considered to be inferior to men. In the patriarchal society, the wife should be responsible and obedient for her husband and other family members.

Gender inequality is a social problem that leads to social unfair treatment between different gender. These differences are different from biological factors, especially the different reproductive roles in life (Reeves & Baden 2000). This misunderstanding resulted from misunderstanding of the status of each gender in life. Today, the paradox of exposing women to adversity and exposing women to unpleasant circumstances can be seen from all angles. However, the discrimination method by sex in a certain place is different from other places. For example, in the workplace, inequality between men and women is accelerating to vocational competition, not only in terms of wages but inequality in the workplace has been proven by the difference between men and women and salary (Hsu 2012). In education, men attended school more easily than before. Young women seem to have less opportunities for higher education than young men (Dang 2008, p.25)

Gender inequality plays an important role in the workplace as families influence the role of gender. These problems are the main factors separating males and females. Gender inequality is mainly pointed out in the workplace. These include gender discrimination, power differences, promotion and reward inequality. According to Reskin and Padavic, gender inequality has three aspects. Gender division and depreciation are "women's work", social construction of men and women at work. Many factors such as sex difference of preference and productivity, cultural belief, male effort, employer's behavior, etc. lead to inequality among males and females
