It is well known that sex difference and inequality still exist. Gender disparities in today's workplace are beyond payroll gaps. The wage gap shrank to less than 5%, but that is not enough. 59% of women still feel less chances for sex. 88% of women think that treatment method differs compared with men. Of the top 500 companies in the US, the CEO is only 2%. As a company with two female CEOs, we know this well and believe that we can narrow this gap.

A century ago, women were still deprived of voting rights, but today they seem to be ready to take over business and government directly from our strict men. Inequality among men and women is still infinite and prevalent, but females surpass us in the index of tomorrow. The world is changing and demands for our most traditional talent are fewer than ever. Power is the reason we can become men, stick to it, feed food, build up the structure, and of course kill others. Strength is our bondage to physical strength and incorporates the social and cultural power structures people have created throughout history.
