Gender in the Work Force

Gender and sex-related characteristics and behavior in the labor force are called gender roles. Gender can also be interpreted as a social, psychological and cultural interpretation of biological gender. Gender as a social structure is a term that has always been reinforced in social interaction, explaining the social differences between men and women in history. The global economic crisis has brought about different aspects of gender and gender in society.

However, the purpose of this paper is to study the difference between black women 's gender discrimination in labor and the difference between black and white men and women in her and the labor force.
