Gender Gap in the Work Force

Gender influences many aspects of everyday life. It affects our work, exchanges with others, and family life. It affects our work through the work and status that a particular gender receives, and its wages. Likewise, it controls our response to others based on gender expectations. For example, people engaged in customer service are often female, and they want to feel relieved. Affect your family by assigning to your spouse based on gender or the possibility of income.
