This short story is about a girl named Erie, whose idea depends on the background of the story. As the environment changed, Eli's idea changed. The narrator follows Erie's thought, reflection, behavior, and observation. It makes her more reliable and honest to the reader. The narrator of the short story is a third person narrator.
