Gender Egalitarianism in Society and in the Military

Everyone has social status. Everyone is playing their own role. However, no matter how successful the person is, how and where that person fits can be primarily racial and gender issues. Even in the 21st century, many ethnic minorities still suffer from silent discrimination. It can be perceived in different situations, but when dealing with experts or educational institutions it is fairly common. Nonetheless, many ethnic minorities including women have been successful for many years. It is difficult to believe it was in 2014, and women are still considered to be a minority in the United States.

Gender equality reflects the degree of gender equality in organizations and societies. A society that relies heavily on gender equality minimizes the difference between male and female roles. Confidence reflects whether people should be encouraged to maintain confidence, aggression, toughness, or lack of confidence, unfair and gentle beliefs on social relations. The future direction is the extent to which members of the organization and society adopt future-oriented actions such as planning, investment for the future, delays in satisfaction, and so on. Performance-oriented is the degree to encourage and reward organizational or social performance improvement and excellence. Humanitarian orientation is the degree to which individuals in organizations and societies are encouraged to be fair, selfless, generous, compassionate and kind to others.

Equality is a belief that everyone is equal. According to anthropological evidence, most of the prehistoric hunter-gatherer society is equalityism, patriarchism does not develop even after years. Equality is a comprehensive label of all forms of social justice, such as feminism, anti-racial discrimination, LGBTQ, religious freedom. If you call yourself an egalitarian, you must support all of these reasons. Many of modern 'equals' do not understand the real meaning of this term, even even think that equalityism is synonymous with humanism. They are interested in the right of Sys, a straight white man.
