Gender Discrimination

The role of women in society has changed dramatically throughout history. In Korea, it is not uncommon for luxury men to have several wives in the Goryeo period. A talented woman can be jealous, that can do noble conversations, recite poems, recite, sing, dance, play instruments. On the other hand, the main wife is responsible only for the husband's direct successor, and there is no need to have good education or talent. A past woman was there because of the happiness of men.

There are different forms of discrimination, but one of the most common forms of discrimination by sex is sex discrimination. Especially in the current news cycle of the # MeToo campaign, gender discrimination and harassment are the focus of attention. The victims are silent about their experiences and do not feel more courageous to other victims to seek justice. However, as with other social movements, the # MeToo campaign helps raise awareness, but it does not cause actions to disappear forever. Sexual harassment and gender discrimination are persistent problems in our society, raising awareness about this problem is only the first step towards recovery.

Gender discrimination in the workplace is unfair treatment of employee sex. This is an act of infringement of civil rights. There are various forms of gender discrimination, such as harassment, inequality wages, unequal occupational opportunities, discrimination during pregnancy, discrimination of employment, etc. Unfortunately, in most cases, even in developed countries like the United States, women are subject to gender discrimination. However, in the United States and most other countries, laws are in place to protect victims by gender.

In today's modern society, gender discrimination in the workplace is a big problem. Sex discrimination occurs when a person is treated for work due to gender. This is a serious problem for developed countries, developing countries, LDC. There are several ways in which someone is discriminated in the workplace. Recruitment / dismissal, promotion, compensation, harassment and occupational classification are several ways by sex in the workplace. This issue is subject to debate worldwide. The law on gender discrimination in the workplace varies from country to country. However, there are still many cases of gender discrimination in the workplace. Despite strict legal regulations, even developed countries like the United States can not eliminate this phenomenon from American society.
