The role of women in society has changed dramatically throughout history. In Korea, it is not uncommon for luxury men to have several wives in the Goryeo period. A talented woman can be jealous, that can do noble conversations, recite poems, recite, sing, dance, play instruments. On the other hand, the main wife is responsible only for the husband's direct successor, and there is no need to have good education or talent. A past woman was there because of the happiness of men.

There are different forms of discrimination, but one of the most common forms of discrimination by sex is sex discrimination. Gender discrimination in the workplace is unfair treatment of employee sex. This is an act of infringement of civil rights. However, in the United States and most other countries, laws are in place to protect victims by gender.

This is a serious problem for developed countries, developing countries, LDC. There are several ways in which someone is discriminated in the workplace. Recruitment / dismissal, promotion, compensation, harassment and occupational classification are several ways by sex in the workplace. This issue is subject to debate worldwide. The law on gender discrimination in the workplace varies from country to country. However, there are still many cases of gender discrimination in the workplace. Despite strict legal regulations, even developed countries like the United States can not eliminate this phenomenon from American society.
