Gender-Based Violence and Human Trafficking of Women and Children Today

Various forms of slavery are part of the history of the world. In contemporary society, direct form of slavery is illegal, but sneaky organizations around the world continue to experience trafficking. Although only women and children are not victims of human trafficking, the lack of mobility, power, or education in society make these two groups the largest victim of trafficking.
