Gang Culture in the West

For many other gangs outside the hatred group, this is not necessarily true, and the only binding issue of the hatred group is hatred against other races. Members of the gang identify their gangs with gestures, graffiti, tattoos. They use this as a means of communication to indicate that they are in contact with other gang members' groups. The gang has its own logo, signal, color, and dress code used to promote the presence and markup in towns and cities. MS-13 can display the number "13" in a different way and impersonate in the United States.

It is said to have first appeared in the western region since the 1890s. It is speculated that the predecessor of the western city gang was Palomira (a small group of young Mexican people). These emerging gangs began to grow in Mexico along the migration path of Mexican culture. And it continued along the way from El Paso to Albuquerque to Los Angeles (sagepub). Bogardos, the first Los Angeles gang in Mexico, known as "Boy Gang" in 1926, was imitated.

Like the Midwest, the western part of the United States experienced a group of growth from the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth century. The earliest Los Angeles gangs were founded in the 1920s and they were called "boy gangs"; they mimicked the early Latino and the Chicano social group called Palomira. These groups often consist of Mexican immigrants after they came to the United States. The young people of this culture are known as a child subculture and there are several gangs

At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century there was a gang in the Midwest of Chicago. European immigrant groups such as Polish and Italian are the core members of Chicago Gang, but only 1% of the gang is black. However, the gang of the 19th century was often multi-ethnic (see Edward Soja) as modern times did not show social bias of separating different ethnic groups in postmodern cities. In the late nineteenth century, the gang of Chicago was particularly strong around Chicago's livestock farm and was engaged in robbery and violent criminal activity.
