Galen's Fame

Gallen 's famous galen was born in Pergamon, Greece, in 129 AD. Pergamum had an important Asclepion Galen to begin his training for the first time at the age of 16. Then he improved his knowledge and spent 12 years traveling to visit such famous places as Alexander and Smyrna. After the trip, he returned to Pergamum and became a gladiator's doctor. He can treat stabbing, bone fracture, and other injuries. This is ideal for Galen to learn more about surgical techniques.

Galen Rowell is a pioneer adventure photographer who became famous after publishing a close-up photo story in the 1970's National Geographic magazine. Since then, his contribution to contemporary adventure and landscape photography comes from his thought and philosophy on environmental issues as well as his photography skills.

Garen was a Greek doctor who worked in the Roman Empire in the second century AD. He helps organize the theory of "four kinds of humor" and believes that human health corresponds to the "right" balance black bile, yellow bile, blood and sputum made by Hippocrates. Name of the system, "first" doctor. Meanwhile, the Bible contains several parts of the ancient Hebrew (Old Testament) or Aramaic (New Testament) and strongly suggests that all human nutrition comes from bread. Garen thinks that the heart is not a muscle but a special substance that gives vitality. He teaches that blood is made in the liver and distributed through the veins. The heart creates an important spirit and is distributed through the arteries. I think Galen and his successor are independent systems. He thought that blood and vibrant spirit did not spread; instead they pulsed back and forth in veins and arteries.

As a top anatomist, Fabricius may have discovered blood circulation. According to Galen, blood swells arteries and gives an important spirit. Blood moves in the vein similarly and nourishes the body, but usually it moves outward from the heart. The discovery of Ostiola has lost the balance of the physiological symmetry explained by Gallen. Furthermore, if Ostiaola allows blood to flow only to the heart, the limbs of the body will starve, in that case the physiology of Gallen is clearly inaccurate.
