Moral international ethics is a unique type of modern philosophy and political ethics. As a moral system, it describes, analyzes and evaluates the principles governing actor interactions at every level of society and at every level of society. As an international ethic, it focuses on the relationship between the state and other prominent international stakeholders. As a moral ethic it focuses on identifying and prescribing that each international entity has all such interrelated moral responsibilities.

The purpose of this white paper is to analyze the benefits of business ethics and to identify and analyze the ethical behavior of Croatia's corporate manager. The importance of this research is that it may contribute to the existing knowledge of the manager's ethical behavioral abilities. In addition, the results may be important for analyst management.
