Funding for School Arts - Abstract This paper depicts the dilemma faced by art in today's school system. Art includes music, art, drama and dance. Most, if not all, school funds are being threatened in the worst way. These programs do not exist in the lives of children without proper funding. Many studies show that the course above not only plays a major part of entertainment activities in today's school system, but also that arts such as drama, art, dance have a big positive influence on students.

The school's arts and crafts course was at risk of being withdrawn or being disconnected. However, school funded art curriculum is directly related to improving performance in other subjects, improving student health, behavior and happiness, and helping them deepen their caring understanding . Therefore, excellent and performing arts courses should be funded like all other courses in the school. In many public school systems, the test scores have to be continually improved, so art lesson time has been shortened. According to an article by French Miss, art education has been downhill for over 30 years. This led to a tough classroom guidance in the classroom, and the masses believe that "art is cute but not essential." Maintaining school's art curriculum consistently shows that students' cognitive development has improved, especially at schools that integrate art into other core classroom environments.
