From STEM to STEAM

STEM is a term used for educating children. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Recently, it was changed to STEAM to incorporate art into the main focus area. The National Early Childhood Education Association hopes that teachers teach STEAM to their children in kindergartens so that young children can learn from these areas. STEAM provides a learning experience using everyday experience. Fred Rogers graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and had plans for children to learn interesting and creative skills.

When the design and technology changed dramatically, I became my teen for a couple of years. The transition from STEM to STEAM brings the opportunity for a little girl I can not imagine. Over the past five to ten years, I saw a dramatic change in public opinion and value creation. With discussion and discussion about the value of creativity continuing, we would like to forget the spirit and power of creative thinking and the way of thinking. According to a survey by the World Economic Forum, the Fourth Industrial Revolution suggests that creativity is safely placed on the 10 skills you need to grow. Creativity is ranked tenth in 2015, but it is expected to be ranked third in 2020, second only to complicated problem solving and critical thinking.

Through innovative educational practices, STEM and STEAM can improve overall student participation. It is not enough to complete your student schedule or strictly test or STEM STEAM course tests. Being interested in STEM and STEAM is to get them interested and attract children in our country. Elimination of mathematical and scientific stereotypes is of great help to solve STEM optical problems. Jennifer L. M.
