The generations of experts have put the value and characteristics of the baby boomers generation in thousands of years instead of Xer. However, the Millennial generation has characteristics of baby boomer generation and Xers (Figure 3). Finally, as we are trying to define in the above description, experts have some consistency in the various characteristics of the three major generations of workforce. But at the same time there are more differences and contradictions in how experts, observers and other people define generations.
In a traditional view, the Millennial generation (18 to 32 years old) is different from the baby-boomer generation (49 to 67 years old). But when shopping, how big is the difference between generations? According to a new survey of purchasing trends in Millennial and Boomer, Radius GMR has several important similarities, although there are differences between the two groups. New media and technology is not only suitable for young people. Most millennial generation (90%) and baby boom generation (86%) often examine products online. The baby-boomer generation and the Millennial generation are involved in social media at a healthy rate. For example, women's baby-boomer generation and the Millennial generation use Facebook (90%) in almost the same proportion. Streaming movies and television programs are real for millennial generation (77%) and baby boomers generation (40%).
The baby-boomer generation is dissatisfied with the new technology. When the skills they grew were not adopted, a thousand years were frustrated and forced to do so inefficiently. When the Millennial generation was irritated, the baby-boomer generation was irritated and they said they were impatient. Millennial generation is irritated because the baby-boomer generation is irritated by the desire to do things in various ways. There is no doubt that this is one of the most absurd observations. At the end of the day, the two sides really have good intentions. Only through the lens of the baby boomer generation, the young generation is qualified and through the lens of the Millennial generation the old generation "did not get it just".
