Linnan University in Hong Kong was founded as a liberal arts university in the early 20th century, but later became a complete university. The Nanjing Kinryu Gakuin also goes on to the American University of Arts and Sciences until 1915 and 1930, until it is forced to abide by the national education system. In Zhuhai City, Hong Kong Baptist University and Beijing Normal University opened a United International College using the educational system of Liberal Arts University.
