Today 's criminal justice system in France and the United States has various criminal justice systems all over the world. Some are made up of many of the same policies, and some are very different. There are many similarities between France and the United States, but we will focus on the differences between each system. The aspect I am trying to compare is police, court, lawyer, law education, criminal procedure law, disciplinary action and juvenile trial, and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

In this article, I will study the procedures in the criminal justice system. Before laying the foundation for this work, I will briefly introduce the contents of the criminal justice system. In the United States, criminal management and judicial administration are handled by the criminal justice system. From this point of view, the components of the criminal justice system are considered to be interrelated, interdependent and working to achieve a unified goal.
