Sir Robert Francis recommended this policy with freedom of speech to nurture a more open and supportive culture and to encourage employees to raise issues of patient care quality and safety.
NHS organizations encourage employees to comment and list the steps they will take to solve the problem
Each organization assigns its own report guardian to the staff at any stage of the question. This is the source of independent and fair advice.
The survey is based on evidence and is guided by appropriately independent individuals within the organization to produce a report focusing on learning and improving care of the course.
We will provide advanced research results to the organization's board of directors. This is reviewed and refined annually.
I hope all the NHS organizations in the UK will adopt this policy as a minimum standard to help regulate the benefit of all patients.
Sir Robert Francis introduced the concept of conversational freedom (FTSU) after considering the "information" process at NHS in 2015. It combines the reports to develop a culture that identifies and resolves security issues early in the day before people feel a need to "whistle", but far beyond that range. In addition to quantitative data collection, trust level FTSU guardians analyze information from the issues raised and integrate feedback into other internal security processes. Prove the contribution to the safety culture of trust through the quality review process and safety barometer
"Free Speech Review" is a review of the NHS report in the UK. It was announced on 24th June 2014 and chaired by Sir Robert Francis. This review was originally anticipated to be reported in November 2014, but it takes more time due to the massive input material of 17,500 online responses and 600 postal responses. In January 2016, Irene Sills was appointed the Freedom of the First National Guard to speak for the NHS. She resigned after 2 months because she does not have enough time to combine this role with other work. In July 2016, Dr. Henrietta Hughes was appointed the second person freely announcing the National Guard.
