American college - a place with a safe shelter for those who want to improve themselves through unparalleled independence and higher education - that is it. Unfortunately, the impression of our college, especially the impression of inexperienced high school students, is far from reality. When entering our university, we are looking forward to the journey of expression of self-development and education.

Freedom of speech has been subject to discussion for many years. Freedom of speech is always one of the most important rights in any constitution, as democracy is established in many countries to provide safety and rights. Freedom of speech constitutes the human rights that everyone should have and the human rights to be respected. As individuals, we have the right to express, write, publish or disseminate our opinion, and these expressions must be respected if not shared. Various countries have some degree of tolerance in the implementation of this right.

The United States is known for respecting freedom of expression. Freedom of speech is its core and is essential to protect government's rights to the United States. "Freedom of speech is the right to express my opinion and ideas without worrying about government retaliation, censorship and social sanctions" (Yale). Recently American companies have been criticized against their opposition to professional athletes standing on national anthems and current US President Donald Trump 's employees. This throws a question: Does the company have the right to stop someone's work because there is freedom of speech in the United States?

Obviously democracy - by defining the majority - will accept enemies? The problem is as follows. "Do you agree to deny the freedom of speech by all political parties that forbid the freedom of speech in the charter?" Let's go further. Although it can be said that the market is not the sum of market participants, price fluctuations reflect the actions of the most motivated buyers and sellers. Yes, it is the most motivated rule.
