Hamlet as a love story I want to discuss a part of Hamlet is the theme of a love story. In today's society, I do not think that other aspects of Hamlet are like revenge, lag or madness, but I regard Hamlet as a love story instead. When Hamlet wrote this letter to Ophelia, I liked a part of the love story. "Your star is a fire, you doubt the sun moving, doubting the truth is a liar, but we never doubt our love." It is very romantic.
Ophelia is important for Hamlet for many reasons. If Ophelia is not participating in the drama, Hamlet does not have love, there is no love story in the play. They are basically the same social class and the same age. Hamlet is a prince, but Ophelia is closely related to him in the social class, as she is the daughter of the king 's members Polonius. They are all upper class. They all love each other. On the other hand, some differences are that Hamlet is male and Ophelia is female. Hamlet is also a little crazy than Ophelia. The importance of Ophelia in the story is to make you fall in love with Hamlet and kindly tell Hamlet. That's why Ophelia is Hamlet's foil.
Some scholars think that Hamlet has a brief story, but it is full of many uncertainties related to Hamlet. One of them is Hamlet's love for the Ophelia, but some evidence that the evidence shows that the Prince really loves Ophelia. The word "love" is a powerful word in real life, and Shakespeare plays "Hamlet". This is often a confusing concept and it becomes more difficult to understand if one of your lovers changes his / her thoughts repeatedly (Hanson, 16). In the case of Hamlet, his love for Ophelia changed to love never to love from love, and to love forever. This emotional cycle is due to pretending to be Hamlet.
The theme of love and revenge in Shakespeare's "Hamlet's Love" is one of Hamlet's most powerful themes, but one advantage - the power of revenge promotes Hamlet's love. I will revenge the murder of his father. While Hamlet was confused, he learned that his mother got married to his uncle shortly after his father died. Even though he did not doubt the premature death of his father soon he was still shocked. As Kenneth Muir said, "He (Hamlet) was shocked by Gertrude.
