New version 2018-19: Online application for free or reduced price meal will be submitted through SchoolCafé.com. The procedure for creating an account and completing the application is as follows.

Some children may be eligible for free meals or low price meals. To apply for a free or low price meal please click on the online application above or click the language below to obtain the paper application. Online application is the simplest and easiest way to approve the benefits of food and drink, but paper application can be obtained under school office or at school.

Please return copy paper to school's front office or Food & Nutrition Office, Lakewood, CO 80215 on 809 Quail Street.

Children subject to free or discounted price meals may be subject to other fee reductions. When completing a free and discounted price meal application, the family may choose to agree to disclose the application information to avoid school district / course fee

Please take the processing time into consideration and submit the application form and receive the response from the Food and Nutrition Department within at least 10 business days.
