This story is taking place in a small town in the United States today. The writer can choose this place. It is because many kinds of people (rich and poor) talk. As one such event, Freak and Max took out a wallet from the sewer and brought it to the "New Testament" (real name is New Timento) who met Max Father's old friend, Iggy It was. Iggy tells Max and Freak all about Max's dad.
