Administrators with appropriate skills are deployed to ensure the tasks assigned and appropriate tools to successfully perform their duties to the staff. By creating organization charts, companies can fully understand manager's responsibility list and job-related content. Organize several organizational structures similar to military for managerial positions. In every department of the military, administrators or officers who are not appointed are responsible for their respective departments.

The four main functions of management are essential for building strong teams, or more powerful companies and organizations. These four main functions are planning, organization, leadership and control. In this article, we introduce each of these four functions and explain the importance of each function. Planning is an ongoing process to develop team and company goals and determine how to achieve it. The items that administrators need to consider at the time of planning are as follows, but not limited to them. Participants, available cost, time, and supply constraints. Without a plan, planning is the first function because you can not go to the other three elements. It involves selecting a goal, policy, procedure or rule to execute them

Management is the main function of a successful business, organization, or association. Management consists of four different categories, planning and organization, and management of leadership. Each of the four functions of management has different characteristics, but once combined they form the characteristics of a successful manager. Management includes planning such as identification of management goals and targets, designation of tasks or how to accomplish them, necessary resources, association of budget and schedule with the success of the current task. It also includes statistical management of "critical paths" that guarantees execution of project plans and planning to be managed as planned. Given that I have worked for the United States Coast Guard for 13 years, I got a few opportunities to plan and implement a successful evolution.
