Four Functions of Management

There are two basic problem solving methods for the four main functions of management, namely planning, organization, guidance and management of abstract managers. It is systematic or intuitive. System thinkers are logical and reasonable. They prefer narrow and focused issues, step-by-step processes, rules to follow, and research on recommended computer programs. An intuitive thinker is more comfortable that their solution "comes". The management of the four function management is defined as the process of setting and achieving targets by performing four basic management functions using human, financial, physical, and information resources.
